Refund Policy

Digital Products: Are not for sale. No refunds for delivered digital content (e.g., portfolio downloads).

Booking Fees: Non-refundable unless canceled by Jai K Hart, OR booking 100% guarantees paid work with the client. Jai K Hart will be given a grace period of 10 business days to reverse the payment. 

Booking Fee Amount: The first 30 minutes of a call are $15. Increase every $15 per 15 minutes the meeting goes over.

Payment Errors: Contact us within 3 business days for resolution (example. If issues arise on a Friday, you have until Wednesday of the following week to address them, or you will not receive a refund. 

Chargebacks: Disputes must be addressed via email at jai.k.hart@outlook.com before involving payment providers; they are to be resolved if bullet points "2" and "3" indicate an undeniable error.
